BILL GREEN

Born in Miami, Florida, on January 11, Bill Green knew from the age of seven that he wanted to work in television. His childhood dream was to one day host The “Tonight Show” — a vision that would foreshadow a remarkable career in live broadcasting, sales, and media communication.
Bill’s professional journey began far from the camera. At just eighteen, he joined the legendary Zale Corporation in Dallas, Texas — mentored by the company’s founders, Morris B. Zale and Ben Lipshy. What began as a humble position behind the jewelry counter evolved into a sixteen-year odyssey through nearly every level of the fine-jewelry industry. He advanced from Manager Trainee to Assistant Store Manager, then opened new flagship stores as Store Manager. His leadership and sales acumen earned him successive promotions to Regional Sales Trainer and National Sales & Management Training Supervisor, overseeing a team of seven trainers responsible for hundreds of retail professionals across the eastern United States.
Bill’s versatility and drive soon led him into corporate marketing and advertising within Zale’s Fine Jewelers Guild Division, where he contributed to national store name change campaigns, brand and merchandising strategies. Recognized again for his attention to quality and process, he was entrusted to develop and direct Zale’s first corporate-wide Quality Assurance Department for fine jewelry, setting new benchmarks for product integrity across all divisions. His final promotion at Zale was as Director of the Advisory Replacement Services (ARS) Division, directing national insurance-replacement operations for fine jewelry claims throughout all corporate stores— a role that combined his retail expertise, product knowledge, and managerial skill and leadership.
In 1994, Bill took a bold leap — leaving corporate retail to chase his long-held dream. He was recruited by HSN (Home Shopping Network), the world’s pioneer in electronic retailing. There, he created, launched and directed the HSN’s Quality Assurance Program for Fine and Fashion Jewelry, standardizing quality and authenticity protocols for all fine jewelry procured for live television fine jewelry sales – greatly improving customer satisfaction.
Just two years later, Bill auditioned and was selected as one of HSN’s National Television Hosts, becoming a familiar face to millions of viewers across America. Over the next 22 years, he built a reputation as one of HSN’s most versatile, trusted, and engaging on-air personalities, presenting countless global brands and products live on air.
Following his on-air success, Bill transitioned into HSN’s Talent Department leading On-Air Guest Training for the network, it was in this role that he drew upon decades of experience to develop a program for training and coaching over 450 new hosts, guests, and celebrities. He became known for his ability to refine on-air presentation, teach sales psychology, and elevate performance through authenticity, storytelling, and emotional connection.
In January 2018, driven by an entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to mentor others on a global scale, Bill founded Bill Green Enterprises, LLC. Through his company, he provides On-Air Guest Hosting, Sales & Media Training, Private Coaching, Event Hosting, and Consulting Services to clients across the U.S., Canada, and international markets. His programs now empower individuals and organizations in both electronic retail and brick-and-mortar retail industries — teaching professionals how to communicate with confidence, connect with audiences, and sell with purpose.
Today, Bill Green stands as an internationally recognized television host, media coach, and consultant whose career embodies growth, reinvention, and excellence. Today, Bill Green Enterprises provides Media Services such as: On Air Guest Hosting for TSC (the premiere Canadian shopping channel based in Mississauga, Ontario, located near Toronto), which is a subsidiary owned and operated by Rogers Communications.
Bill also provides Media and Sales Training Services for both independent private clients, Host and Guest Specialists clients, and other entertainment television hosts who work for other International electronic retail companies. Additionally, Bill Green Enterprises offers Consulting Services for public and private businesses in both electronic retail and brick-and-mortar retailing.
Over the years, Bill has also become one of the most well-versed, well-liked, and followed male hosts and now guest hosts by viewers across all demographics internationally.
